 Directions:  
Adults and children over 12 years:

• Peel off liner and apply plaster to the center of pain area or acu-point.
• Remove plaster before shower. Afterwards, cut along the edge or the herbal paste and reapply a new adhesive patch.
• Each plaster can last up to 5 days, while the adhesive patch can be changed when needed.
• One treatment consists of 20 days. Wait for 2 days between treatments.
